Step 2: Meet Us at a Wedding Fayre

For a closer look at our work, come and see us in person at one of the many wedding fayres and open days across Worcestershire. It’s a great opportunity to view our items up close, chat with us about your ideas, and get advice on styling your wedding or event.

Step 3: Save the Date & Reserve Key Items

Is your wedding or event still over 18 months away? If you’re not ready to finalize your décor but want to secure a few key pieces, you can choose to "Save The Date." This allows you to reserve specific items with a small deposit, giving you peace of mind until you can confirm your final selections.

Step 4: Book a Consultation

If your event is within the next 18 months and you have a clearer idea of what you’re looking for, it’s time to book a consultation. During this meeting, we’ll detail your vision, create a bespoke quote tailored to your needs, and help you refine your choices. This is your chance to ask questions and benefit from our expertise in event styling.

Step 5: Time to Relax

Once you’ve reserved your items, you can take a breather! You’re welcome to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom at any point during the planning process. Whether it’s to see the items in person again or make a few tweaks, our team is here to support you.

Step 6: Review Meeting (Optional)

Want to revisit your choices or make a few changes? No problem! We offer a review meeting for couples or event planners who need to adjust their booking. Just get in touch to schedule a convenient time to go through everything with us.

Step 7: Final Plans

As your event approaches (usually around 6 weeks before), it’s time to finalize your plans. You can revisit our showroom, make any last-minute changes by phone or email, and confirm your booking. At this stage, we’ll also discuss the finer details like logistics, delivery, and setup times to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Step 8: Set Up & Enjoy Your Day!

We’ll handle the setup and collection of your décor items, coordinating directly with your venue to make sure everything is in place. Our experienced team will ensure that your décor looks stunning, leaving you free to focus on enjoying your celebration.
